Mancini 34 year old Budget Analyst for Northeast Utilities Farmington, CT Farmington River Rats Since this season was my rookie campaign in TCBA, I would have to say that the 1994 Winter Meeting is my fondest, first, worst, and most memorable TCBA experience all wrapped in one. It featured a blizzard, sharing a phone with four TCBA managers, a sore ear and no chance of meeting a new group of people until next year.      I only made two trades through the ‘93 season, and it’s too early to tell if they are going to be good or bad.
