INJURIES coming into the playoffs shouldn’t pose TOO much of  a problem:

-Bethesda will be without Backup Middle infielder Josh Rutledge for 7 games, or the whole of Round 1.

-Long Island will be without catcher Ryan Hannigan for 13 games, or pretty much TWO whole rounds should they stay alive.

-Brooklyn will be without OF Ryan Sweeney for 6 games, or probably all of Round 1.

331. To be eligible for usage in post-season play, a non-pitcher must have at least 80 real-life plate appearances in the corresponding Major League season. 

340. Pitcher eligibility and fatigue depends in part on the pitcher's category. To be eligible to pitch in the playoffs a pitcher must have started 10 games or appeared in 25.

343. Starts and appearances by starting pitchers and starts by split-grade pitchers in post-season play are limited as follows:

                 30+                              2*

*Game 1 starter can start 3 games if his fatigue rating qualifies him to do so. He may not use any of these three appearances in relief. Split-grade pitchers are limited only as to starts, not appearances.

355. In post-season play, the steal may be called only when the runner on first has a Steal Allowance Letter of A-F (or G with Steal Success Number 0-27).
